Man in the Arena

We got a new thing for Sam over the weekend. It’s a little jumper thingie that’ll help him start using his little leg muscles. This morning was his first time using it. He was happy and smiling the entire time…doing little hops. Early indication is that he likes it. Hurray. Though for some reason he was only using his right leg. I wonder if that means he’s right handed. Only time will tell. It was funny seeing him hop around on just one foot.
Went out and had some pizza tonight w/ the wife and kiddo. See pic below. The thing I like most about weekends is that I get to hang out with the kid. During the week, he’s usually asleep when I get home from work. So I only get to see him in the morning for a few minutes. Weekends are the best. We get to play with his toys, watch football, be dudes, and hang out with Rachel and Pixi. It’s so fun to see him grow up. I love him. Going in while he’s asleep and just staring at him will never get old. I like to imagine what he’s dreaming about. Dragons, princesses and castles. Probably not but it’s fun to imagine. :)
